a gift from a guy it was stuck hard.

pulling from the front axle in an attempt to pursuade the wheels towards me resulted in the spindle removed.

The next visit was with the transport and a large excavator to pluck it free and set it aboard.

Gone now as life makes it's changes.

For many years all the tractors that NYS-DOT had were painted that color. As Randy said that appears to be a VI Case. Old Abe on the front panel is a nice touch that someone added.
