Hello Adrian. Yes, I was wondering the same thing about the tires. They look really sharp!
That photo (http://forums.yesterdaystractors.com/viewtopic.php?t=1356063) was taken off of a Russian Youtube video, so as everything else I saw on there seemed to be Russian, I guessed the tires likely were also. After doing a bit more research, I found out that it is quite common for tractor and 4x4 enthusiasts to take common tires and make cuts in them to make them look much better. I believe this is the case for these tires.
If you look at the rear tires, fill in the cut lines and they suddenly become standard Ag tires. As for the fronts, I found a tire manufactured in China that might have been the beginning of the fronts:

Here's a link to a different forum that tells a bit about how they modify existing tires. Like anything else, I suppose if someone does it enough they could do it well enough so that they look manufactured that way....and maybe the front ones were.
