This past two month I have been learning on what type of shop I can have. I am amazed with what my county will allow. I first wanted a all metal shop shed but that was not permitted. I had found out leveling property and pouring cement that this was very expensive. There was one loop whole I found to make shop look like a Barn or a garage. Being on a budget and being retired for a JOB. I was concern on spending all my hard earned money I had made to afford this shop. I still need to buy what goes in the shop in equipment. The shop looks like a garage unit (4 Car stall unit). The windows on one side face the California whites, the shop doors face the house, The ceiling goes from 9.50 to 12 foot high where the stalls are. The other side is 10' with ceiling windows. Windows all around the shop to let light in to the shop which is a must when it comes to matching paint work.
stalls are 14 wide and 22 feet long. inside no wall in work space totally open. The other side four sections are made tfo tool and Equipment that are needed. They are 10'X10' each. this work shop will not break the bank I hope. Please look at it and enjoy comment are welcome Thank you Brent.
