Nicholson hay tedder

I know it's a long shot, but does anyone have a Nicholson(sp) hay tedder out in the weeds? The one I am using needs the end that holds the bars replaced. Thank you for checking the hedgerows.

Hi Firsttime, your tedder was made by W N Nicholson and Sons Ltd, Trent Ironworks, Newark, Nottinghamshire. here in the UK about 5 miles down the road were I live. Nicholsons wnt out of buisnes in the early 1970s so there will be no new parts and unlikely to find any used parts as well. If the tedder still as the cast plate on it it will tell you the model number also is there any numbers on the broken parts. Sorry I can not help you any more. MJ

I remember there being one in the weeds near my place forty years ago. Later on I worked that place for 25 years and it was gone then.

A lot of Amish shops in Lancaster Pa. would most likely have parts for your tedder. 601 Musser School Rd. Leola Pa is one that I am sure could help you.
