Re: Cederholm Measuring Wheel

I saw some messages inquiring about the use of Cederholm Measuring Wheels. I am Carol Cederholm Reidy and my dad invented these wheels several decades ago. We quit manufacturing them in 1997 and continued to provide replacement counters for those who needed them. I still have instruction sheets and brochures here if anyone wants them. You can send me an email at reidycarol14 @yahoo.com. I am glad that some people still have wheels in operation. I saw that someone had explained the measurement with 6.6 ft and chains converting into acres. The 5 ft wheel was used for distance measuring like fencing and realtors used them also. If anyone found out these are valuable antiques, pls let me know as I have a few still in the family!
