Farmall on Pawn Stars

I happened to catch a few minutes of the TV show "Pawn Stars" this weekend, they had a Farmall Regular for sale. It looked really nice. The fellow paid $3700 for it, I thought that was a bit high to pay and resell for a profit. Then again it is a TV show

all those tv shows get me, pickers, storage wars, pawn stars,.. you never see anyone else get the winning bids. all have to be taken with a large grain of salt. the one thing they will do is inflate the price of items sold in the real world.

Since two of the shows you name do not involve "bids" I don't know what you're talking about there, but I have seen non-characters getting winning bids on storage wars, occasionally.

You gotta remember they only have 22 minutes and can't show the entire auction. Otherwise where would they put all the snarky comments, and people digging through junk?

I saw a John Deere A on there one time too. Seems like they offered something like $2500 or so for that rough old thing. I think what's his name shaves his head a little too close to the brain some times.

I kind of got burnt out on "Storage Wars" and "Pawn Stars" and so haven't watched those two in a while.
The other show that used to be on--"American Restoration" was another piece of work. One time that guy restored a pedal tractor for someone. You could have restored six of them for what he nailed that guy to do the one!
Guess they have more money out on the left coast!

I can remember one episode of "Pawn Stars" They came across a corn sheller. Ran a cob of fresh corn thru it husk and all. Made some comment on making Cream Corn
