Stopped at my favorite truckstop in Clearwater Mn today and picked up a sammich and this caramel roll. They are huge and SO nummy! Definitely worth the stop if your going by.

Nelson Brothers. Their bakery is pretty darned good. MIL likes bringing us treats on her way through.
 
I'd love to post before and after diet pictures of our grand-daughter's friend, but it's kind of an invasion of privacy. You'd never believe it's the same girl, she's a cutie!

Hey, I have been working very hard on my 7 day diet.... So... I completed it in a new record time of 3 hours and 45 minutes...


SO where is that caramel roll located??
 
Nelson's bakery/cafe/truck stop along I94 in Clearwater Mn. has the best food ever. Not far from us, so we go there quite often. A must stop if your passing through. You won't leave hungry!!

Showed the wife your roll earlier while reading your post. She wanted to know what a sammich was - wondered why you didn't include a pic of that. I looked at her funny, like she should know good and well what a sammich was. She paused, then thought a minute - sounded out the word, then realized that's just exactly how she says it! *lol*
