(quoted from post at 17:25:16 06/14/17) I don't want to have to ever go on a diet . So I weigh my self every few days. I am 6 foot tall , and this morning when I stepped on the scale it read 202 lb. My wife walked by just then and gave me the gears about slipping over 200 . Made some silly threats about no more pie ,Yeah right ! When I came in this evening , I called her over to the scale , I weight 197 lb. How can you loose 5 lb in one day ? Don't care , I can eat supper tonight , the scale said so . My target is 200 or less.Bruce
