Has anyone had any experience with fuel tank repairs, Bladders or if Plastic tanks are available to replace original leaky units.

The local Radiator shop lines them with the red stuff. Works great.

Plastic is not a good choice for an application where the tank is mounted over the engine. A small controllable fire will quickly become a disaster!
Some of the more popular models are available aftermarket, but be aware, they are not the same quality as original.
For serious restoration, the rusted metal can be cut away, new piece fabbed and brazed into place.
And there are pour in liners. I've not personally tried it, but this one comes highly recommended.

I just acquired a 1962 IH B-414, Gas 4cyl.(quoted from post at 12:43:40 05/01/17) but seriously, what kind of tractor? Sometimes it's
easier to replace them.

Thanks to everyone who replied, i will look into each of the options to see which is best. I will also see about posting a pic when i pull it off and what repair gets done.

Sand the metal down clean then use fiberglass resin and cloth will last foreveer

Marine Tex which is resistant to gasoline is a great repair .Send your tank to get hot dipped first CM

The new gas has issues with normal 'glass resin. Epoxy resin such as "West System" would be better. IMHO
