The daughter and I made a quick look see if we needed anything at the Glasford, IL community sale and after having a mid morning pork chop were heading back to the truck. As we were walking out, a feller and his young son said "Boy, you sure look familiar". We did the normal introductions and found out that we had met Bill in IL for the first time even though we only live about 20 miles apart - Musta been the YT cap that got his attention!
Good meeting you Bill. Hope you and your son can come to the Central Illinois YT Roundup next January.

PS: Did get to talk to DLMKA at the sale and "almost" went by billonthefarm's place on the way home but the daughter had a timeline to meet.
 
Is bill on the farm the guy that had the dog wrigly? I was just thinking about him and was gonna ask what ever happened to him, I liked his post with wrigly in the tractor cabs!

Yes, certainly it was the YT hat that caught my eye.

I did not run into DLMKA at the sale probably cause I spent much of my time at the playground with someone else. I will surely keep next years roundup in mind but with the summer coming maybe I can catch up with a couple of the locals at sales or shows this summer.

Same thing has happened to me a few times on the 127 Yard Sale. What's that they said about dragging a hundred dollar bill through a trailer park? LOL
