Camper coating

I bought an old "Road Ranger" 14' single axle camper for the kids to stay in at the County Fair. Typical tin covering that was used in the 1970s. This thing has been under a roof since it was new and has never had a leak (actually looks like a time capsule inside). What would be a good WHITE coating to put on the flat roof to make sure it doesn't leak? The furnace vent and the sky light don't appear to have ever been recoated and if left in a 2" rain (guaranteed to happen at the fair) I'm sure they would leak like a sieve.

Looks a lot like this one:

They make a special coating for RVs and mobile homes. Works slick. Roll it on and life is good. Kind of a rubber covering when done.

Kool Seal and Snow Cote are two brands I have used on mobile homes and RV's. They both seem to work OK. You do have to redo it after a few (5-10) years depending on where the trailer sits all the time. Mine sit out in the weather in partial sun 24/7/365 so I redo it every so often. Has not leaked.

I get mine at ace hardware. They often have to order in, but it only takes a day or two to get. Snowroof is one version and mobile coat is another.
