The way I figure it. Mom, and Dad left it to me, why should I make a profit off my daughter. I created two 1/2 acre lots. I sold one, and got my construction money back. Stan
 
I am glad that you feel good. For a minute there you had me. I thought that there was a new way to move a HOSE. Happy farming.
 
I have moved a few house trailers and a double wide around before. VERY HEAVY ! I'm amazed those little machines they use now are heavy enough to handle one.
 
Never seen one put together, or one of those little crawler deals. That is quite something how they can maneuver all that with that little thing.

Now is that remote controlled tractor used so the operator can see what he is doing?
Or was everyone too scared to sit on the Bobcat in case the trailer decides to take off down the hill.
 

I saw a few years ago where people needed a modular put where the trucks couldn't put it so they brought in a very big crane.
 

That is a fancier mobile home than the ones we have in the SE. They have a lot larger windows. Your daughter does realize that mobile homes depreciate but regular houses appreciate(sp?) doesn't she? Good job for you to help her out that way.

Not necessarily. A lot has to do with location. Modular homes like Chief's daughter's appreciate nearly as well as on site built homes, everything else being equal. A neighbor bought a manufactured mansion and put it on a big lot, set well back from the road. I am sure that it will gain value along with all of the site built homes.
