Massey 473 box blade stuck in down position

I have a Massey Ferguson 473 2003 model. The box blade is down and won't come back up. Check hydraulic fluid it is fine. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not familiar with your make or model of tractor; BUT, on my 1976 Yanmar
there's a little valve directly under the seat that controls the hydraulic flow
to the three-point hitch. It controls how fast or slow you want your implement to
raise or lower. I've found that if you turn it too far to the slow setting,
that it completely shuts off the hydraulic flow and won't allow you to raise or lower
the implement. You might check your machine for just such a valve, that might be your problem.
If so, just open up the valve. HTH

There might be a filter / strainer in the transmission needs cleaning or changing. Even tho it is a newer tractor. There might be a slow-fast adjustment lever down there someplace.
