Anyone know what these wheels are from?

Green ones are 12" diameter,rusty yellow ones are 14".
Casting #'s on both are #4868

The green one looks like the inside center of a rotary hoe wheel with the teeth cut off the outside & a ring slipped over the outside & welded on. The other one is probably the same thing just by a different manufacture.

I think gmc is right. Rotary hoe wheels.What implement are they on?

I got them at auction to use as engine cart wheels so I'm not exactly sure. Looking at pictures of rotary hoes I'd say gmc is correct too. The outer metal bands have the same stamping on them "Wellner New Ulm MN" google search shows that family having mining interests in MN years ago. They'll work fine for what I need, I just couldn't place what they were from.

Anyone know what these wheels are from?
