Dealer wants $55 a pin plus shipping. I went to Rural King and bought 1x6 inch hitch pins. Cut them
to length, ground off old metal bracket and welded it to new pins. Works great, about $6 a pin. I
know hitch pins are hardened and so are the Pins for FIL. Sparks they give off when I touch them to
the grinder look the same. Even if they aren't, I really don't care. I can make 10 new ones for
less money than dealer wants for one and the oem's didn't last forever.
