what is the difference between RC2060 and regular #60 chain. I am working on a baler that hiicuped. noel in NW nm

2060 is a double pitch chain, do on a normal sprocket it'll ride on every other tooth.

[can I run the regular chain on it. It has the regular sprockets not the double spaced kind. The new holland book calls for rc2060. Will it make any difference ?? noel

I'm no expert, but if this is timed with the knotters, I would go with what New Holland reccommends. I think the regular chain may stretch quicker because of having twice as many pivot points. And that will change the timing between the 2 shafts.
