I have a nice Goodyear 6.00-16 heavy duty tractor and implement tube there and would like to put it to use but for mounting up a 7.50-16 tire. Is this going to work OK for me?

If the seam don't split it will work. Our experience is---just when you need it the tube seam splits and you have to stop get a new tube.

Hmmm, I didn't know that air caused a tube to stretch, you learn something every day. Meanwhile, awaiting more replies .....

Will work for farm implements ok and as others said now one size fits several. Might want to be carful if for on the highway and have correct tube ie old car/truck.

When I've bought them, they were marked to fit a couple of sizes,so as others have said they should stretch to fit I would think.Mark

Yes it will work in an off road application.

There is a joke in the tire industry about using tubes of a smaller size, its referred to as "Industrial Stretch"

as I said before--If the seam doesn't split you will be ok. However in all the years I owned the tire shop, I can't count all the times I've been called in after hours, on Sat afternoon or Sunday during planting or harvest to fix the problem of someone else putting a small tube in a big tire. do what your heart desires.
