When do you check in on YT?

The topic over on Tool Talk about "Where do you live" sure is bringing a lot of response.

Try this one:

How often and what time of day and what do you look at when you check in here on YT?

I usually try to check at least once a day if I'm home, but at no particular time of day. First place I look is tractors for sale, then go to Discussion Forums of Implement Alley, Case, Combines, Farmall, John Deere and MM in that order.

It seems that Tractor Talk is very popular, but I don't look at it as often, although I'm posting this on TT. LOL
 
First thing in the morning, random times during the day. Mainly checking tractor talk, tractor tales and the Oliver forums
 
Normally when I get home from work like now. I have sometime before my wife and son are home so it makes it easier to read/checkout.
 
first thing in am after cbs news, last thing at night after ten o'clock news. usually check tractor talk, tool talk, tales, ih, case, combines and jd. not so much in summer, but sure passes time on days like this. Learning a lot too, lots of interesting stuff on here.

A lot depends on the time of year. Lately I get up and go on line and while waiting for things to connect I do morning chores. Then I check my e-mails which most of the time has posts from Y-T so I then check the posts. I also scan most of the forums to see what is going on and maybe try to help if I can

When I get up, before I go to work, on breaks at work, when I get home, before I "call it a day".

AND now that I have a smart-phone - whenever I am "waiting"... at the dentist, at the chiropractor, etc. I don't typically post or reply using my phone - it's just kind of like having a magazine to read in my purse. Also read-only on some other forums and love to surf ebay or online auction bills, just to "look".

But I will say that I have learned A LOT here on YT, covering a large array of subjects.
 
Usually before going to bed, pretty much exclusively on Ttalk. I am trying to wean myself off of the puter as it takes a lot of time away from the evenings when I could be working around the home, but there is just so much of interest to see....
 
I too have learned a lot, but darn it, the wind keeps blowing it out "the other window" - read that as bad memory! I sometimes can't remember where I last replied to something on here and THAT'S BAD.
 
Generally about now.5 pm. or later. Check tractor pulling first then here. Got a Smart Phone a while back. Easy to check with and handy waiting like in a Doctor Office or when the one who knows, is in Walmart. Vic

I check in all threw out the day, as I do it from my iPhone, and always have my iphone with me. I can be in the barn office warming up while the horses are eating before they go out for the day and check in.
 
Sometimes in the am , but mostly after supper. I check , olie , Minnie, allis , tooltalk , equipment , classic trucks ,so it takes awhile L.O.L.

I check in multiple times during the day and night. I usually read Tractor Talk, Talers, Implement Alley and Using Your Tractor. Occasionally I ask ?s on Ferguson and International forum.

Most of the time at lunch. Some times in the evening. I have learned a lot from all of you. TT, tails, Farmall and tool. I like all the pic's from around the world. Thanks every one. David
 
Mostly late afternoon & evenings. I've had a lot of help from posters, and appreciate all opinions.

I look I the morning while the coffee runs , after lunch, and in the evening. Post most pics from I-phone as they happen through the day. Cause I am my own boss, I let me good off with my phone some days. Bruce
 


I'm on here more in the Winter. Some in the morning with coffee. Lately in the afternoon, and at night. I start at the for sale ads,then Oliver's, and work my way up through the tractors and right on up to through tractor talk.
 
If I'm around the house I probably check it several times a day. I usually have to check Jon's funny in Tractor Talk. Otherwise it's Implement Alley, IH/Farmall, MM, and sometimes combines/harvesters, and Ford 9,8,2N.
 
Usually late in the evening after work when I have a chance to sit down and relax. On the week-ends I sometimes check in the mornings over a god cup of coffee.
 
Start with Case , combine, implement, Tool Talk, TT, Tales. In that order usually. Some mornings, usually between 11 pm to 1 am.
 
You could call me addicted. Any cures you can offer?
Check Farmall & IHC, Tractor Talk, Tool Talk, and Implement Alley.
I owe a lot to YTMAG and to the people who contribute to the threads. Even have made friends across the Atlantic and was able to source parts for my Farmall Super A, which I never could find locally.
The time difference (we are 5 to 9 hours ahead of the US) is sometimes my enemy. When I post a question, the replies mostly seem to come when I'm asleep and cannot continue the discussion while it is "hot".

A couple times a day, usually at lunch and again in the evening. If I'm off work, then whenever I get a spare moment and the thought strikes. I always check Tractor Talk, Implement Alley, and usually hit AC, Case, Combine, Ford, IH, JD, and Crop Talk. Always lots to read and learn, not always do I comment.
 
With my new job I don't get to sit on a computer for 12 hours a day anymore. So now I don't get on nearly as much. Once a week maybe. I have a life now though so that is nice though.
