Cub Cadet... parts interchangeablity question

Are parts from a 129 Cub Cadet interchangeable
with a 109 Cub Cadet?

Both are hydrostatic...I don't know the year
either were produced.

Almost everything on those tractors is identical. Only the engine is different, but they can be swapped, too.

I think the 129 is wide frame and the other is a
narrow frame.

I may be wrong, the pics I just looked at it appears the 109 may be a wide frame also.

bja105 is correct. I have both in the three speed transmissions and the 109 was converted to 12 hp several years ago. Suspect the hydro is the same as well but cannot say for sure. Both are wide frame.

They are both the same except the 109 is a 10HP and the 129 is a 12HP
