OT Budweiser Clydesdales...

I assume you guys have probably seen it, but I thought I would share. We aren't huge football fans, so we never watch the game, but a buddy of mine told me about last years commercial with the horses, and I watched it. Brought tears to my eyes when the horse ran back to him! Well, just a few minutes ago dad told me to check out this years, and it is even worse! I think I was teared up the whole way through it..... Darned cute animals... What did you guys think? Bryce

I don't want to start any trouble, but why not? Back in the early '60's when I was in elementary school, probably 2nd or 3rd grade, we used to be able to order books from some sort of book club through the school, and one of the books that I ordered was "Guiness Book Of World Records". Now, this was in the '60's. I swear that under the category of "World's Largest Horses" were Clydesdales, with a foot note the last in the world, all owned by Annheiser Busch Budweiser, and hold on to your hats...only males left. So every time that I see those magnificent horses, I always think back to that book back in the '60's and reading that, and wonder how in the world in 2014... Of course, being in the 2nd or 3rd grade, I may have misread.

I remember when Miller Brewing had a team of the biggest, shiniest black Belgians back in the late '70's that I ever stood next to. Huge. Absolutely huge.

My daughter showed this years commercial to me about two days ago on facebook. Since then it has gone viral. I have only watched it about half dozen times!
Bryce, I can't remember just how I found it, but there is a site,I think it is on you tube, that has about twenty years of Budweiser super bowl commercials. Just get something to drink before you start, because it is over half an hour long.
 
I think it's a well known fact that Annheiser Busch has the largest herd of Clydesdale's in the world but I didn't think they were the only ones that bred Clydesdale's.
