Just wanted to warn tractor re-builders about a company called ON ROAD SUPPLIES (TRUCKING). I purchased Rust converter from them over the phone. They were almost like TIME SHARE salesmen. The product does work. I put the charge on my credit card thinking they were a reputable company!!! BIG MISTAKE. The product I ordered arrived and the charge was on my bill in November. I just got my next bill. There was another charge for more than double the first. All I could do is cancel my card and file a fraud claim. Now I pay the bill and wait to see if I get a refund.

They call me every year, 3 times lately. Same guy says his name is Chris. I thought they would finally take no for an answer but they keep saying I reguested info for their product which I did not.
 
Not in this country, you just call the CC company and tell them the charge is wrong and short pay the bill. Wife had it happen last week.
 
Go to the place where you got your card and fill out a fraud complaint. My bank issued mine and the card is Visa.

Had my private info comprised twice. Once a "bloke" in London bought a nice jacket. Second time, with the replacement card, some gal over in E. TX. bought a rug shampoo machine.

In both cases I did what I said. Bank credited my account immediately. Visa went to bat and later I was informed that Visa had settled with the thieves and that my credit would stand.

Now I am on my 3rd card. Let's see what happens. I am careful with my financial activities but it does happen. On the first problem I know not "who-done-it". In the second a local truck rental place was probably the culprit. Place just smelled of something amiss.
