1946 mccormick tractor

hi I have a 1946 mccormick tractor with hydrolics and it has a plow on it runs great.my father passed away this summer an im going to sell this for my mom can anyone tell me what a fair price on this would be any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated thank you I have pictures but I didn't know how to put them on I am from napanee Ontario canada

unable to even try to guess without more information. Could be anywhere from 500.00 to 10,000.00, depending on model and condition. To post a pic, check out "Farmer Boy's" reply to the post "what kind of tractor is this" one page down.

In '46 McCormick/IH made a lot of tractor models.We need some more info.Pics;model;tire condition;paint....Most old average IH tractors are around$800-2000.That number may vary depending......

You call it a McCormick, it is a 1946, and you are from Canada. My guess is that the tractor is a W4, W6, or possibly a W9. We really do need more information. The condition of the tires will make a huge difference.

Got to have some neighbors around that can tell you and look at its condition thats the place to start.

Are you SURE you want to sell your Dad's tractor?

(With respect, not trying to moralize. But we have seen many a post on this forum like "I am looking for tractor, make X, serial 98765, because it was my (grand)dad's and was sold to a neighbor by ... in 19xx".)
