Hate to come home

Every time I have to leave Dale Hollow Lake in Tennessee I die a little more inside. A week just wasn't enough.

Just break down and move on down here with us..
Folks doing it ever day. Glad you had a good trip.
Really thought I would get over and meet you but had family come in from the NORTH.

Mrs. (WA) and I spent a delightful week in Tennessee a few years back. Went to visit a Tennessee Walker farm, run by the brother of a friend- stopped by for an hour or so, ended up staying 3 days. That Tennessee hospitality is hard to beat.

I was in Tennessee a few years back on a vacation.

I highly recommend seeing a hydro-electric dam. Very cool.

Ya" all be home in time for Blanchard, now.

I need someone to feed the thrashing machines.

Loaded three hay wagons with bundled oats this morning. My arms and wrists hurt big time tonite, not to mention my sholders and back. Wife drove tractor, son helped placing part of one load. Did rest from the ground with a long handled fork. Needless to say, not looking forward to unloading them in a couple weeks.

Rain forecast today/tomorrow/wednesday. Didn"t want to leave in the field in shocks to get wet again.

Yep and I will find one eventually! I sure enjoyed meeting you and Mrs. RRLUND. I hope to get you in these parts so I can learn enough about Oliver tractors to figure out which one I want to own most.lol

"I just refuse to bring my own fork is all."
Won't it be kind of hard to move it with a SPOON?? LOL.

That picture of the island is looking west off 111 just north of the bridge. Where is the lake house from there?

Yep,like I said,it might not be everybodys thing to do,but just driving around in the hills, looking at the million dollar views and listening to WSM on the radio,it don't get no better'n that.

Blanchard is the weekend after Oakley.

Yep,that's nice up there too. We spent one night in Russell Springs on our way home during the 127 Yard Sale. We drove across the dam. The devil of it is,the new road is coming down through there and is going to ruin a fair whack of the scenery.
