The owner found this much info on it . He would like a possible source for MANUAL

Its made by the champion corp. Haddem id i think what the tag says its model number is 808 and the serial number is 81 if that helps any and thanks for helping

That info jogs my mind. The one I had on the tag
it stated it was built by the Champion company in
Hobart, Indiana.
The model # and serial number sounds familiar,
