Looking for DADS tractor Allis Chalmers 190 gas bought new from Sinclair Implement in Martinsville Illinois first year production then later bought in Westfield Illinois in 1978 at a farm auction Thanks [email protected]

Dennis: You do need a little more information for any of us to help you.

1) The serial number of the tractor would be a real help. This is so guys can look at ones they see. Maybe one will match.

2) Your Dad's name. People remember who owned the tractor better than just a number.

3) If it sold again at an auction then the name of the person that was selling would maybe give us a chance.

If that auction is the last place you know of it being then try to find the auctioneer. Many of them have kept their old records. IF not that then try to go and see if you can find anyone that was at the auction. They may remember the area the tractor went to. Then place an add in some of the local papers in that area.

You really are looking for a needle in a hay stack. Plus I hate to tell you but it very well may have been scrapped. An AC 190 gas was not a real hot tractor when it was new.

regarding the ac 190 I do not have the serial # dads name was Bruce Updegraff in 1978 the auction was Dick Wheeler I hope the will help
