Second shot of Apple Cider Vinegar!!!

Let me tell you that it was a whole lot harder to drink the stuff the second time. LOL I must be feeling better and my taste buds are working better now. Lets just say that the next shot is going to have to be well mixed with something. Maybe Like Jack and Coke. LOL

Tried to mix honey in it but the honey would not dissolve.

Funny thing. We have two dogs that come inside the house. They have not left my side since I came in from chores yesterday. I did not go to bed last night. I slept on a day bed we have in the living room. (Much closer to the bathroom and no carpet if not in time). The two dogs are allowed on this bed as we keep an old horse blanket on it so they don't hurt anything. They both cuddled with me anytime I laid down. They kind of earned their keep just being good companions while I am under the weather.

The older of the two (Tucker, a beagle harrier is about twelve years old) He always has been that way. We call him a cuddle butt. A good friend has a special needs child. When that young girl is around that old dog is glued to her side. She loves to take a nap when she is here. She says she does not need a blanket because Tucker keeps her warm. HE will lay right beside you and rest his head on your leg just to get more contact.

Well everyone have a good day. I am feeling much better an have a full day of chores and feed to deliver. Missing yesterday has backed things up. So bye for now.

My Dad takes a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and honey in a glass of water twice a day. He believes that this is what got his blood pressure and colestoral level back to normal. I asked the eye DR. about a problem I had with one of my eyes. He said I would need to use eye drops for six months to cure the problem. I gave up on the drops and after useing the vinegar and honey for a while I realize the eye problem had gone away.

Mix it with tomato juice or V8.

apple cider vinegar should mix with honey...I use 3 teaspoons of honey and 3 of a c vinegar in about 4 or 5 oz of water and it mixes right up...

My grandfather swore by it. I take a snort when I see it but I like the taste. Hope you feel better soon.

Don't know how dogs know that stuff, but they do. We have an older dog, she's 14, and sometimes because of my wife's health problems she will go for several day where she can't eat. If she's not eating then the dog won't eat either. There is nothing we can do to get the dog to eat either, but as soon as the wife eats the dog goes to the bowl and eats. I can always tell the state of my wife's health by checking out the dog.

Warming it will also help the honey dissolve. Once dissolved, chill it to make it easier to swallow.

we had a mixed breed dog that way also. knew exactly when you were sick especially if you went to bed at an abnormal time. would jump upon the bed and lay beside you and not leave still you got up. had him put down at age 14, toughest thing my wife and i ever did but we never left his side either. buried in the year here close to the house.

Make huge pot of white rice and live on it for a few days it settle the stomach down. Don't eat anything else well maybe a piece of dry toast with nothing on it. This bug has been going around here for a few months my friends kids have all been sick with it.

Its easier if you let it ferment for a few weeks, strain, then drink. Oops you can already buy hard cider!!

along with that vinegar, you gotta drink plenty of water to let it do it's job. put that shot in a full glass of water and a squirt of lemon juice or a little something to give it a taste..
At least a shot glass a day and plenty of water and you'll wonder where it's been all your life....
