Since we are Counting Things... How about batteries?

I will admit, there are a couple floaters that move from vehicle to vehicle, but how many batteries that work are on your property?
Don't bother counting the AA's in your remote, I mean lawnmower on up.

I have 19 that I have to actively replace to keep life as usual. How many do you have?

some guys have too much time on their hands , while others have not enough.
gonna count the hairs on the cows back next?

My third cousin passed a couple years ago and his collection of 47 tractors was sold at auction. The tractor club along with some local mechanics made sure most of them ran and they bought 32 batteries as many had set for a few years but were all inside. The local coop put some new fuel in each one .Some went less than 100ft and some made the 4 mile trip to the museum where they held the auction.I hauled several that did not run to well.

3 vehicles, 2 combine, 2 tractors, 2 lawn mowers, 4 wheeler, and a couple misc that may or may not be useable anymore.

Total: 10 used plus the misc. ones sitting around

Since my lawnmowers are all hand start and have no batteries, then I SHOULD get to count the batteries in the remotes, so tractors, trucks, cameras, remotes, smoke detectors, and flashlights total up to 19 batteries.

About 13 for the tractors, 2 diesel trucks with 2 batteries each, 1 in farm p/u, one in the car, 1 in the riding mower, one in my horse trailer, numerous flashlights, numerous battery operated clocks, two in each of the remotes = too many to count.

I've got around 50 batteries here. My Chevy K5 Blazer diesel mini-RV has six. That's my motor vehicle with the most. Two starting batteries and four RV deep-cycle batteries. My Ford diesel F250 has four batteries (two starters and two RVs).

My house and barn use a 48 volt battery bank with 8 huge Rolls-Surette batteries (120 lbs. each). My cabin has a 12 volt battery bank with 8 batteries. My cars and trucks, tractors, dozers, garden tractors, and boats another 24 batteries.

LOL rich.... i bet i have 20 or more that are dependable , buta perfect world would have double that to keep me from swapping from a running to dormant engine ,,, my 4020 gets a new set of the skinny az batterrries every 2 yrs ...

Ya my cars and my truck have the battery that stay in them but the other stuff is as needed and if I find one low I pull it and drop in a full charged one and go
