Land Trac tractor value

I have a 2001 39 HP Land Trac tractor with hydro transmission, loader, and detachable frame mounted Long back hoe. The tractor is in excellent shape (normal wear and tear only)and has just under 400 hours. I am trying to determine a good price to ask for it as I am expecting to try to sell it in the near future.
 
Well it is hard to put a value on a tractor brand that is no longer in business. Plus since you bought it in 2001 the company changed management/names 2-3 times. Some say that the "new" company just bankrupted the US branch and is still available in India. Some models where close to some New Holland models. I would be concerned about parts and support.

With the issues I would say $7500 would be a starting point. You are not going to get top dollar. Plus there is a glut of small compact tractors on the market right now. Many people having to cut back and can't afford the toys anymore.

I bought a JD 790 MFWD, loader, and backhoe. It only had 500 hours on it. I gave $8500 for it. It had never set out side in its life.
 
Thanks. Parts and service have not been a problem so far and, in addition to my local repair shop telling me there is no concern, I have found several vendors on line who assure me I can get any parts I need. I do appreciate your thoughts, though.
