OT LED computer monitors

Looking for any pros & cons for LED monitors.
Still have the older 13".
To keep it somewhat tractor related, thought mabey I could get a better view of the tractor pictures posted. Also save some energy.

If you are talking about the not so new, flat screens, run as fast as you can and get one. I recommend the WIDE screen. About 100 bucks om E-bay
 
Get one as soon as you can find the cash. I wouldn't get anything smaller than a 24 inch. I have a 24 inch ACER on one system and a 24 inch HANNS-G on the other and pleased with both. bought them from NewEgg online.
 
Find out if it is compatible with you computer. I bought a wide screen for my work office. That computer is an old one with XP operating system. For reasons unkown to me... it shows all pictures out of proportion width-wise, whether it is my screen saver picture or within a document.

For instance if I am going to print a brochure or newsletter everything will look as if the pictures are stretched too wide...if I sized them by sight. It is weird. Don't know if there is a cure for it or not.
 
Got a wide screen. Bought it locally from out internet & phone service provider. Very easy hook up. Works great, have help or phone service right close if any problems.
Very nice to view compared to the old one.

Bought one a while back at Wally World did not get the full screen with my old computer but nice picture and took up a lot room on the desk. With my new HP Its right up to full screen an I love it. If you can afford it get a touch screen they are real neat I use one on my IPad it saves a lot of time .

They save a lot of eye strain and headaches. Much clearer than the old tube types.
Just make sure you get one with the right connection for your PC. (DVI or VGA) A lot of monitors and PCs come with both, but not all.
You may have to adjust your screen resolution settings to get the picture to fill the screen if you get a wide screen. It's an easy change of a setting and if you pick the wrong one it will change itself back after 15 seconds or so.
