Comfortable fat guy work boots......

Tried the redwing route but the only thing available online was the china version.... Didn't see anything else I really liked and hit amazon as a last resort. Ran across these lacrosse pull ons and gave them a try.... They are also made in china, but, so far so good.....
Got them last week and don't want to take them off. More comfortable than a pair of tennis shoes I'd been wearing. I get some funny looks when I'm walking thru town (or riding the tractor) with shorts, tanktop, and these boots.

These got the fat guy seal of approval...

Well I know a female that might wear those boots, but she also wears bib overalls, and slops hogs. Not very feminine!

Next time try stillmadeinusa.com. You can get almost anything there made in the good ole US of A. MOst all fireman, police and industrial boots are still made here Henry.

Tried that route on T shirts........ You won't see this little black duck paying 3 times a price to support a union boss.......

Not sure if you can find them in Deutshland, but I sure do like my Bates Desert boots, with the GoreTex liners. Can work all day and feet never sweat, have been holding up well for over a year. Cousin is in the Army, and gets them at the PX for me.

The last pair of Redwing's I bought darn near crippled me, and I am lucky they fell apart before they did.

Been thinking about them..... Just thought I'd give pullons one more try....
Most all of the maintenance workers and grounds keepers wear them. They get them off power lines and out of the dumpsters where soldiers get rid of them when leaving...
