hydraulic problem on Case 430

Bought a Case 430 with front end loader. After
running hot, loader will not lift. Would like advice on what to do to fix the problem.

Not exactly sure what you mean by run hot. We would need to know some more info. as how the loader is plumbed to the tractor, and what hydraulic pressure the tractor is producing at the remotes. It could be a pump or relief valve issue the pump is under the trans cover that the remote valves are mounted to, under the fuel tank.

Thank you for your reply. This has helped me a great deal in learning what to look for. Will have to install a pressure gage that works and check for relief valve issue before attacking the pump. Case no longer has a replacement pump available. Rebuilding the old one may not work because of wear on housing. Our local dealer will help me find a good used one if required. Thank you again for your valuable assistance in this.
