stone forks for front loader

Been thinking it would be nice to have a stone fork for my front loader. I've seen them at farm shows but can't find much of any on the net. Have any of you used one and want to offer comments on how well they work?

Looking back on it, I guess I built one back in 1955 in aggie college. It was a piece of plate with four 16" 2x2x1/4 angles welded to it. I bolted it to the 3-point drawbar with the toplink adjusted so it angled down. Worked good on small rocks and brush, backing up.

A friend has one that looks very effective. It has about 15 tines spread about 5 inches between. They have a curve to them so that after picking a rock up you tilt the bucket back and the rock rolls back up over the high part of the curve. The rock stays put there while you tilt the bucket ahead picking up more rocks. They often have the rake on the tractor that is pulling the disc if rocks are expected so that one guy can go out and get both jobs done.

I have one I use with my skidsteer. Can pick more
stones in 5 minutes than I used to pick in 2 hours.
