What a nice day to take out all the old girls and give them a work out. Thought I would share some photos of plowing on March 18. There was even some dust flying today. Our tractors included a Allis Ca,Massey Harris 22,John Deere 1020D,Oliver 77,John Deere 70G and last but not least our pull off tractor case anything went south a Oliver super 55.

Tires are on backwards for pulling on blacktop. I was
wondering how long till someone noticed that.

I like the pics. thanks for posting. I was going to ask about the tires too. what size plow are the oliver and jd pulling?

Great pics. We are having a bit too much "March dust" here in The UK, there is talk of a water shortage this summer if we don't have some rain! Yes I am in ENGLAND and we need rain!

The 1020 is pulling an Oliver 3pt 3-14. I was pulling in 5th gear with little effort and 8 inches deep. Of course the ground was fairly loose sand and the engine just had a complete overhaul. The 70 was pulling a 3-16 but he was going 12 inches deep as he could not get it adjusted too well.

Is that some sort of front mounted 3pt on the front of the Super 55? Or maybe a bale lifter? Nice looking tractors.

Where in central Wisconsin are you? I live near Reedsburg and we have a plow day set for April 14, expect 40-50 old tractors. Only allow tractors of 1959 or older. All of yours except the newer JD are eligible.

Actually from South Central MN. With all this nice weather we've been having this year snow was the last thing on my mind. haha
