cart to move a gooseneck trailer

A little while back there was an ad in the photo ads section, not sure which section, that someone made/selling a 2 wheel cart that could be hooked to a tractor to move a gooseneck trailer. I searched and can't fine that ad back. Can anyone help? Thanks for any and all help.

A simple A frame design for a three point hitch works fine. build a triangle from steel that will mount to the lower control arms and on the top mount a 2 5/16 ball.

I just welded a 2 5/16 ball to the top of one of my quick hitches. Works great. Just don't use it on too small of a tractor. Makes the front end light.
