Ford generator up date

I am having a problem getting the generator in my 63 F 100 to work. After some checking with the info I got here it was only putting out 10v at very high speed. Removed the generator and took the armerature out. My brother dug out his growler which hasen't been used in a lot of years. The armerature checked bad. Had another armerature that checked good. I turned the commutator, just need to under cut the segments. Found a couple new bearings, so it should be good to go.(I hope) Stan
