How do I adjust shuttle clutch in going foward?
It snaps in position in reverse. Is there a plate on which side to either remove shims or add shims

I had a D15 with forward/reverse shuttle with that problem. You transfer shims from one side of the clutch pack to the other. Unfortunately, all the shims had already been transferred on mine, which means its time to rebuild the unit. I didn't do it- an AC guy wanted to buy it "as is", and that suited me fine.

My recollection is that the rebuild is technical enough that you need at least an IT manual to do it right. Need to set up clearances and preloads, etc.- not just a "unbolt and replace" operation.
