JD 710 power steering help

my JD 710 power steering turns to the left by itself and is hard to steer to the right. Have had the cylinder rebuilt but it still does the same. if anybody has any ideas of how to fix please let me know thanks
 
There is a fitting coming off the output of the hydraulic pump[the small line]. This is the priority valve with lines to the steering cylinder. Take the cap[plug] off and pull up and remove the spool from the valve. Change the O-rings and make sure the orfice hole in the end is not plugged with something. This should fix your problem. If the hydraulic pump is getting worn, consider replacing it with a larger one. The stock one only pumps 6 gallons a minute with 3 gallons of that going to the steering. Hope this helps.....Ron
