Wondered about how much asking for something on the internet could generate. If you say we're on hard times, dog needs an operation, etc., where could that go? If 10 people send in 20 you're at $200, but if a 1000 do then you're at $20,000. Looks like it wouldn't take much to get into some serious money.
That person that posted' web site was new with no activity and if you got several free 8ns, you might make good money parting them out or reselling at 100% profit..

Glad to see that post gone. P1$$ed me off right from the start. Number one,they supposedly were right here in my back yard and number two,if you have to teach somebody how to raise a garden,then run all over h#lls half acre tending those gardens for them all the time with a donated tractor,those folks are to stupid to eat the stuff after you grow it for'em.

Why would I send you $20 for your dog unless I knew you? I don't even like dogs, but I do like $20s. It sure does seem pretty strange.

theres a small subdivision next to my ranch...i offered a 2 acre fenced garden that i would prepare and plant if they would help tend it and we all would share produce...nary a taker.
whole different story if i grow it,pick it and bag it...i started sittin on side of the hiway peddlin the veggies.

You have to know the math. Person paid $54 for a $50 gift card.
Our local NAPA usually has some promotion running. Gave away a gas grill that the service manager of one of their clients just happened to win. Probably didn't even enter.
All kinds of raffles always going on, always suspect of those.
