It appears in the pictures that the one with the rim is a 5 bolt, and the one with just a hub appears to be a 6 bolt. I am guessing the one with just the hub would come the closest to fitting your H, but no guarantee because it might have previously been on an M, and the two will not interchange. You will want to measure the bolt spacing on your H before you start bidding.

A regular implement wheel most likely will NOT have the correct offset, but if you can find one with NO offset it would probably work.

so do you think it would be easy to find a narrow rim that would fit the one with just the hub? thanks aaron
 

I'm sure a new rim with the correct dimensions can be bought. Might even be a used one or two out there somewhere, but it would be tough to find a GOOD used rim. I may be able to help get a new one.

how much do you think a new rim would be? so you could get one for me? just trying to make sure i could get one before i buy it thanks aaron
