O/T- '94 f150 speedo

My speedometer in my '94 f150 quit working. Automatic overdrive trans.... speedometer, odometer don't work and the little yellow lite in the end of the gear shift handle is flashing.
Whats going on here?

Check the fuses.I can't remember the circuit description,but I had a 95 in the shop a while back with the same symptoms and it was a popped 15A fuse.

Is the ABS lamp on also? Speed sensor(top of rear diff)can get full of metal from normal wear as it's magnetic or wiring to it may be faulty.

More than likely, Brad has it "nailed"... bad speed sensor in the top of rear axle "pumpkin" or bad wire To the sensor.

My 96 did that, and as Brad stated, was the fuse.

Brad, no the ABS light is not on.

Thanks guy's! Will check the fuse over the weekend. Been driving it a couple days now this way. Starting to bug me a little.
