OT:SUNSCREEN AND SKIN RASH

This may sound weird. Sunscreen gives my arms a rash and feels like an acid burn for days. Changed brands and same problem. However, sunscreen doesn't effect my face. Switched to zinc oxide on my arms. No problems with zinc oxide. Just wondering has anyone had a similar problem and what sunscreen did you switch too?
 
I had problems with several brands burning my face. A friend said to try Banana Boat for Babies. I did and it is good for me,no more burning and works great.

I have had the same experience you have,rash on arms,red and bubbly..not on face..don't remember the brand name of it and I did use other stuff that wasn't as bad but still got a bit of rash.

The only folks I know who have skin rashes, diseases, etc., are those who USE sunscreen, sunblocker, whatever you want to call it. There is also evidence now indicating folks who use the sunscreen are also suffering from vitamin D defiency, simply because they refuse to let themselves be exposed to enough sunlight. Throw that sunscreen away. Go out and buy a wide brimmed hat and some lightweight shirts with long sleeves and then get outdoors and enjoy yourself.
 

I had the rash from sun poisening last year for the first time. Always wore short sleeved shirts. Doc said go to long sleeved shirts and sunscreen. One of the problems of getting older.

Been wearing long sleeved shirts for the past 3 years. Been thinking my problem was with the sun and not the sunscreen. Glad to see that I'm not the only one with the same problem. Thanks to all for your responses. I'm getting younger, not older.
