Weather was perfect. Chuck starts pulling at 6:30. I was done pulling 4 times and out of there by 8:30 or 9:00. Won a little and lost a little. So did ok! Had my best hook of the night in the 4250 8 mph. Pulled last and beat my friend Jack who was in the lead. He generally beats me. Then two seconds. Last one in the 4500 10 mph. The D17 got wild just past the 300 ft cone. Jerked right then left then right again. I just held on. My fault never put any more weight on the front than I had in the 4500 8 mph. Front was about 6 ft high it seemed. Live and learn. But was fun!
