MF35 Input Shaft Seals

Have a MF35, 6 Speed, dual clutch, non-multipowered tractor looking to replace the input shaft seals. Can this be done without access to the gearbox? I am planning to split the tractor for some clutch work and wanted to replace them while I was in there. Seen Bundy's video's and read some other comments and I am not clear if this can be done as the gearboxes were already dismantled for other work/restoration. My manual briefly goes over this but does not mention it either way.

I don't want to lose access to anything that may slip or fall behind the bell housing.

Thanks JP that's what I needed to here and thanks JDD. Those pictures really clear up how it's put together. Much better than what I have. I saw that post, but then again got lost on if it could be done with just an engine/clutch split. In that post the originator stated his tractor was split 3 ways. Bundy has a good video of this too, but his gearbox was separated as well. I guess I am over thinking it.
