MF 50 Industrial Backhoe/Loader brakes

I have a MF50 industrial loader in the shop right now and I am attempting to do the brakes on it. Problem being, the one part that has the most wear on it is obsolete. We had adjusted the brakes before quite some time ago and its getting close to the end of the threads on the adjuster rod. The reason I am doing the brakes now and not when they are completely worn out is the axle seal was leaking on the right side and got oil on the discs and they lock on in reverse.

I'm not sure of the name of the piece that is obsolete, but if I had to guess I would call it a stationary disc. This disc is mounted on the plate which is mounted between the axle housing and the transmission. The disc has a part number of 886 563 M1 stamped on the back of it. This part is not listed on the AGCO parts lookup. There is about 1/16" worn off of this piece from the brake discs, should this disc surface be flat across the top when they are new, or machined?

I have a couple ideas and I hope someone here can help me figure this out, cause its not something I want to have to do twice. lol

There was a shim behind this stationary disc, is this supposed to be here or has someone already had their hands in here and added this?

Is there a set height that this disc needs to sit off of the plate for proper brake adjustment and operation?

If I measure the wear on the disc, then add that amount in a shim under the disc will I be close to what it needs to be? So lets say the disc measures 7/8" new and my used one is 13/16". Am I right in thinking by adding a shim pack of .0625" underneath the disc, it will bring it back to factory installed height? So what I am thinking is the combination of wear from all the parts is causing the brake adjuster rod to almost be bottomed out. It looks as of someone has ground off an inner lip on this disc at one point this is why i think the disc should be flat across the top and not recessed like it is. Just putting a new set of discs and actuators in will work, but ill be right back in the same spot with limited adjustment in a very short time. I have not measured the wear on all the pieces to come up with a number yet. none of the pieces look burnt or have any cracks in them from overheating, it was just saturated with oil.

So the piece with the six ears on it is the piece of concern, I can get all the other items aftermarket or from AGCO.

Thank you for any help you can provide, its greatly appreciated.

I took the other side apart and there was no shim behind the stationary disc. So I am assuming the last person had put this in to bring the installed height back up closer to factory specs. I am going to assume that the disc was flat across the top and this measurement will be my targeted dimension for the brake disc.
