I have a 135 PTO spins like it is in gear but the leaver will not work feels like it is not working ( like the yoke is not moving the selector) PTO will still turn by hand with the power off and trans.in gear. I haven t pulled the side plate yet; any guesses as to what is wrong?? THANKS
