Trying to bring a David Bradley back to life

I have been tinkering with this David Bradley, and hoping someone here can answer some questions.

On then engine to drive pulleys...what is the belt length?
In the photos I've attached, is there anything I'm missing?
I know the spring is messed, and does anyone know where I can pick a new one up at?

For the sickle mower, again, what I the belt length? Also, how do I keep tension on the belt?
What is the lever with the hole in it at the bottom?

Do you have any photos of your machine, all set up?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks so much

I gave up on my David Bradley two wheel tractors when I moved a dozen years ago. Now my memory isn't so good. You can find some information on
the internet. For example:
Some Information

A suggestion- load up your David Bradley and take it to a store like NAPA. Our local one would measure for the belts you
need and find what fits. They also have an assortment of springs.

Get the belt from engine to drive clutch
installed first. You set belt tension by
moving the engine. Then find your sickle
mower belt length but get the drive belt
first.

You will have another clutch lever and
control rod running from your handle bar
to the sickle. mower to control the mower
clutch.

I hope you can move very fast walking as they have a very fast travel speed.
I had one and could not keep up with it. Uncle got it and tried putting
different pullys on to slow it down, did not work. don't know what he did
with it. I had to be on a run to keep up with it. If you have the veriable
speed model you might get it slow enough to actually do something. And I got
mine from a different uncle.
