Mower lift jack. any reviews?

Have JD- 590 and two Cub cadets, 108 129.
Any comments on the side tip up lift jack? About 109$ on Amazon.
Pros and cons. Want to access mower decks for clean out, etc.

I have one from Harbor Freight and I love it. It is a little light for some of the larger ZTR mowers or garden tractors.

I use the screw type when using one which is seldom any more....its just sitting in the corner in my shop. Normally if its for inside maintenance, I use a 4' conventional floor jack from HF. If cleaning out grass clippings, I find a spot outside and get my 25 hp tractor with FEL and lift it with that. With that kind of mobility I can wash out in different locations and not build up a pile of soggy grass residue and its fast.
