Has mechanical cone clutch for the PTO for the mower deck.
Can anyone help with source for the conical lining and
bonding material to use. Anyone tried to reline these?

Check the weekend freedom machines website.
That auction website is usually a good source for parts.
You might be able to buy a whole good used PTO for the price of a new part.
If you really want that friction material replaced then a specialty shop that
relines and repairs clutch parts might work.

I'll mention Fulton to a friend. He will work on this John Deere 12 after we mount the rotors and kmc wheels on the truck this week.
