Well I think it was a productive day. Ole Super started right up, she smoked horribly for some time. I let her heat up to temp , and retorqued head and reset valves. I started her back up still some white smoke so I shut her down, removed exhaust manifold. With exhaust manifold off I could see puffs of white smoke intermediately from each cylinder, also small amount of fresh oil passing out of exhaust ports. Engine sounds good, maintained good oil pressure and temp. No fuel leaks. I took MajorMans advice and replaced fuel line from rubber to metal. Pump timing is spot on at 23 degrees. I cracked each injector while running to bleed. Hopefully videos work. With your approval , I would like to start reassembling tractor and put her to work for a good break in.
