Hey Fordson Gang!
I have a 1927 Fordson F that my late grandfather had originally purchased new along with a 1928 Model F that now belongs to a cousin of mine. The tractor is in quite rough shape and the engine has been siezed up for decades now. I recently found a 1950 Major and was surprised that the engine looks to be very similar. I may be able to aquire it and I'm wondering if the engine would bolt into my tractor. I'm definately not going for historical acuracy here as that would not be obtainable for me at all. I would just love to get Grandpa's old tractor to move under it's own power again while my mom is still around to see it. Any help would be appreciated thanks!
